January Wine & Bites Pairing at Edio Vineyards

Come celebrate the beginning of 2026 and enjoy 4-5 of our limited production wines paired with artisan bites. Pairings will be accompanied by freshly baked bread from Joan’s Apple Bakery. These pairings have been intentionally selected by our winemaker, Peter Delfino and Joan’s Apple Bakery’s own, Zak Geisreiter. Each plate will be introduced by the chef. Due to the preparation for this experience, these reservations are non-refundable and very limited.
