Go beyond the tasting room and experience winemaking firsthand. Work alongside the Docmanov winemaking team to transform ½ ton of hand-selected Sangiovese grapes into your own 60-gallon barrel of wine.
From yeast selection and fermentation to oak aging and blending, you make the decisions that shape your wine.
After 18 months of aging, bottle it, keg it, or move your barrel to your own cellar.
Limited to 10 apprentices.
