Winemaking 101: Harvest and Fermentation

We’re excited to announce another installment of our popular Winemaking 101 series! Escape the summer heat and join us in the air-conditioned wine cellar for an afternoon with owner and winemaker Sam Patterson! The focus of this class will be all about grape harvest and fermentation. Sam is a wealth of vineyard and winemaking knowledge, so take this opportunity to ask him all your burning wine questions! And of course some wine tasting is included in this fun and educational experience. Tickets required. Maximum 6 guests per party. $45/person, $36/person for Club Members and their guests.
