Blending Party at Shadow Ranch

This is a fun opportunity to make your own red blend! Owner and winemaker Sam Patterson will discuss his process when creating the Cotes du Ombre (our GSM blend) before handing over the reins to you! You’ll get to mix and match different varietals and try your hand at being winemaker for a day!
Take home a sample bottle of your own creation at the end of this experience and show off your winemaking skills to your friends and family. You’ll even have the chance to create your own custom label!
